Bronze Restaurant isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a journey through time, culture, and imagination. Inspired by the mythical tale of Alonzo Bronze, an eternal traveler who spent centuries exploring the globe and trading spices, Bronze brings the concept of Afrofuturism to life in a way that’s never been done before. When the restaurant opened on H Street Northeast, it wasn’t just about food—it was about creating an experience rooted in the rich culinary legacy of the African diaspora, blended with a sci-fi twist.

When I was approached to develop visual content for Bronze, the goal was clear: capture the ingredients that are the heart and soul of every dish. We wanted to showcase the individual elements—spices, herbs, and produce—that tell their own story before coming together to create something extraordinary. Through clean, minimalist photography, we focused on the craftsmanship of the dishes, emphasizing their origins and the care that goes into each plate.
